Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

At SMD Facility Services, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our computer sales and services. We understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions:

1. 1.1 Product Returns and Refunds: You may request a refund for a purchased product within 10th days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
   🔹The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
   🔹Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be provided.
   🔹The product should not have been tampered with or damaged due to negligence or mishandling.
2. Refunds will be processed within 10th working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. 1.2 Service Refunds: If you have purchased a service from SMD Facility Services and are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund within 2 days from the date the service was performed. Refund requests for services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the nature of the service and the reason for dissatisfaction will be considered in the refund decision. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10th working days and will be issued using the original payment method.

1. 2.1 Product Order Cancellations: You may cancel your product order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our product return procedure as outlined in the Refund Policy.
